Invest in Your Home
Added Space, Added Value, Easy installation and Maintenance
Tiny homes are an excellent investment.
Whether you are looking for extra space, a home for your older children or elderly relatives to allow independent living, a garden office or gym, maybe you're thinking about an AirBnB to generate income, they are beneficial to both your current and future self and can boost the value of your property by up to 20% according to industry sources.

Bespoke Design
Whether you are looking for a traditional design or something more modern, our structures can be personalised to your needs, internally, externally and to suit the surroundings.

Sustainability
Our Tiny Homes are designed to reduce environmental impact but still be comfortable and functional. We make all our buildings from sustainably sourced materials either timber or SIPs.
Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are made from recycled materials like glass, plastic, metal, and timber, SIPs are generally lightweight and easy to install.
Our windows and doors are energy-efficient to minimise heat loss.
If you would like your Tiny Home to be completely self-sufficient we can install solar panels to power lighting and electrical appliances.
FAQ's
Do I need Planning Permission?
